Purchases will be dispatched daily during weekday business hours before 3pm excluding Mondays, weekends and public holidays.
Gift vouchers and products may be exchanged for credit, product or services but not refunded unless required by law. Gift vouchers are voided when cancelling a booking on the same day or if you are a No-Show.
